OCHS students are served by a dedicated faculty and leadership team who combine academic preparation, classroom experience, and a sincere commitment to Christian mentorship.

The school currently has 40 teachers serving students, including 24 full-time teachers and 2 Youth Corpers. Faculty credentials range from teacher-training and technical qualifications to advanced degrees, and teaching experience ranges from newer educators to seasoned professionals with decades of service.

At OCHS, teachers do more than deliver lessons. They help set high expectations, encourage strong study habits, model Christian character, and walk alongside students as they grow in knowledge, discipline, faith, and responsibility.
