Obong Missions is rooted in the quiet village of Obong Ntak, in the Etim Ekpo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State in southeastern Nigeria. This rural community is lush, vibrant, and deeply relational, yet many families face limited access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunity.

From this rural setting, God has raised up a mission that now reaches across southern Nigeria. Through Christian education, healthcare, compassion ministry, and church planting, Obong Missions serves families in villages and towns throughout Akwa Ibom and neighboring states.

Obong Missions is rooted in one small village, but its story is part of something much larger. Nigeria is Africa’s most populous country, home to more than 230 million people, more than 250 ethnic groups, and hundreds of languages.

Rich in natural resources, cultural diversity, and spiritual energy, Nigeria is also a nation facing significant challenges, including poverty, unemployment, corruption, and limited access to education and healthcare in many rural communities.

In this setting, Obong Missions serves with a clear Gospel purpose: forming young people, strengthening families, caring for the sick, serving those in need, and helping churches grow in faith and discipleship.
